1. Shipping time and handling
    Standard shipping cycle: After the order is confirmed, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (excluding customs or logistics delays).

    Shipping base: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in the Czech Republic, covering major countries in Europe and around the world.
    Logistics partners: Cooperate with DHL, UPS and local postal services to ensure the reliability of transportation.
  3. Transportation costs and delivery time
    Cost calculation: Shipping fees are automatically settled based on the weight of the goods and the destination (real-time display on the checkout page).
    Reference time limit (for reference only, actual time may vary by customs) :
    Europe: 7-15 working days
    North America/Asia: 15-30 working days
    Other regions: 20 to 40 working days
  4. Tariffs and Customs Clearance
    International orders may incur tariffs, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance.
  5. Order tracking and after-sales service
    After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, which can be tracked through the official website of the partner.
    In case of any transportation abnormality (such as package loss), please contact customer service within 7 days and provide the waybill number. We will assist in handling it.
