1. Returns/refunds are not accepted
    Restrictions on the nature of commodities
    Outdoor equipment (such as tents, climbing ropes, first aid kits, etc.) involves hygiene and safety. Once opened, it will affect secondary sales.
    Customized products (such as engraved water bottles and team badges) cannot be returned due to their personalized designs.
    Consumer responsibility scenarios
    Size discrepancies caused by customer measurement errors (such as backpacks and clothing);
    Damage caused by failure to use the product as per the instructions (such as incorrect cleaning methods for waterproof equipment).
    Ii. Handling of Exceptional Cases
    If the goods you receive have quality issues (such as production defects or transportation damage), please do so within 48 hours after signing for them:
    Send the order number and photos/videos of the problem to sorbmost@prosoutdoor.com;
    After verification, we will replace your product with a new one or offer you a voucher as compensation.
